Inspired by the book: “Fool’s Paradiise: Players, Poseurs, and the Culture of Excess in South Beach” by Steven Gains, the Nomad Chef will create a sensuous, sexy South Beach (a part of Miami) menu. “This sour-sweet city history exposes scandal, intrigue, sex and drugs in the sun-drenched social spot.” (Publisher’s Weekly). What could be better than this as the pallete from which to quench your palate?

The dinner will include an aperitif and 3 course meal, plus a fabulous pudding.
A vegetarian option is always available.

£35 per adult as contribution for food – you bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage.
