Switzerland in Winter: this is my advice for everyone looking for a
“White Xmas”. Having its treetops covered in snow and dining lounges
full of amazing food, Zurich is a city to be explored taking time to
enjoy each corner, which always hold surprises always with the
typically great Swiss service!

Zurich is a serious city for business though it also has its fun
loving side: plenty of young people and choices for fun, as well as a
blend of classic and modern in many of the hotels that make you feel
home away from home.

Getting to Switzerland can be quite and adventure to, in order to get
used to the atmosphere the best choice is to travel Swiss
International Airlines, this way you get the local feeling already
from the departure moment.

Ms. Marcela Matos, of EGOM agency in Brazil advised me to face such
flight, almost 11 hours from Sao Paulo to Zurich by Swiss, a long
flight that always makes me think: can it actually be fun?

Well having arrived at check in desk and being kindly welcomed by Mr.
Thomas Graf, manager of the Swiss International Air Lines operation in Brazil, I was promptly surprised by how fast the check in was, staff makes you feel comfortable with such a smile on their faces and people of the ground staff like Mr. Ariel and Ms. Mirela give a very personal treatment to passengers, eliminating any doubts or tension.

As Mr. Graf explained, Swiss International has a policy of having the airplane feel like home for the passengers so there are snacks all the time, the economy class seems much more comfortable than in average American or European companies and the business class for example has flat beds and so on, the whole plane is very silent and the food is amazing, much like Switzerland itself!

So whenever taking you way either short or long, the very same nationality known for best hospitality service is the world is also granted to provide you with a safe, reliable and comfortable flight, always on time and working perfectly like a fine Swiss watch.
