Middle East? Go for Kempinski
|
I say so for many cities, though I have to emphasize two specific hotels which I found out to be jaw dropping. The Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi is managed by Kempinski, the setting is one of a kind, the prettiest private beach of the Emirates, the best restaurants in town all put together and the amazing rooms full of incredible designer furniture in a style that has Arabic meeting contemporary, a landmark. The Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi offers all one can wish for, from piano bar with the best caviar to a Guggenheim museum, as well as all kinds of spoiling services to clients, it is the place to be in Abu Dhabi! Now another property that deserves full attention is the Kempinski of Doha, in Qatar, having ahd the chance to visit it a couple of months before I was amazed by the architecture, SO CLASSY, it mixes that contemporary feeling with Arabic design in very subtle details, which makes it one of a kind, it is also the tallest tower of Doha and one of the tallest hotel towers in the world, for sure the views one of a kind. It is located at the new part of Doha, the City Centre/West Bay, where there are the newest malls, coolest restaurants and so on, it offers an amazing piano bar, the Lounge, and a SPA that is unlike any other in Qatar, very cozy hotel indeed, cozy in the sense of welcoming service because recently some hotels call small rooms cozy but not in here, no, at the Kempinski of Doha the smallest room is the size of a regular family’s apartment, truly home away from home, I’m eager to visit it again to write a few reviews because it is a jewel to be found in the region, definitely a reference for high hospitality standards.
Happy holidays,
